I had a great experience with Ms. Emma on my first visit! She was warm, empathetic, attentive, and made me feel comfortable. Overall, great bedside manner! The office staff was kind and facilities were clean. I'm excited to continue with this practice.

I was very happy to see that the only thing that has changed at AFM was the decor. The reception desk staff was just as nice as they ever are, very pleasant, very welcoming. The medical assistant was there to give me my test and to supply me with information that I needed. I appreciate the relationship that Dr Jay and I have. After his examinations and our conversations, I feel comfortable in knowing that I am well cared for. And by the way, the decor is beautiful!

I have be a patient with this doctor's office for quite some time. They make you feel loved and very cared for. I truly love this office and all the staff. From the lady's that help you check in and schedule appointments to the MA checking your vitals and being very loving. To the family practice doctor's that truly care for the whole patients and not just hurrying through there visits. They all take there time and fully listen to their patients. I highly recommend this office for whole person care.

My mother-in-law and I just had our first appointments with AFM. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. Dr. Jay was wonderful. He went over everything and took his time to get to know us. We're so happy our neighbor recommended this office

I was referred to AFM Healthcare by a friend and had a great experience. I saw nurse practitioner Michaela, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was friendly and professional, and the wait time was minimal, which I really appreciated. The only minor downside was that some of the paperwork felt a bit redundant, but it didn't take away from the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend AFM Healthcare to others looking for quality care in a welcoming environment.

I have been a patient of Dr Ben Alilin’s for eight years, I could never see me going to any other office. everyone in this office is very professional always takes the time to answer all questions and help with any problems. Everybody that works in this office from the doctor down to all the staff do an outstanding job. I just love this office. I can’t say enough about them. One person in particular is Ivan. I have needed help with a lot of things over the years and Ivan has gone over and above for me every time if I need something or have a problem, I always call Ivan and he will take care of it for me so if you are looking for a new doctor, I can guarantee you will never be disappointed with this office and it is very hard to say that with all the doctors out there, but this is the truth. They are very compassionate about the healthcare That they give their patience and you will get the best quality care you can get. Dr. Alilin is very thorough and he took the time to truly listen. He addressed all of my concerns with care and showed genuine concern for my health and well-being. I really appreciate Dr. Alilin’s attentiveness and genuine care. The office staff is friendly and helpful, but patients could benefit from being notified if appointments are delayed.

AFM Clinic is very accommodating. My expectations were met and since my first consultation, I felt comfortable sharing my medical history to them. Dr. Alilin himself and the staff were all nice to talk with. They made sure that their explanations on my labworks were understandable. It helps a lot that Dr. J is also a Filipino, that’s a big plus for me.

I would like to update my original review to reflect the exceptional level of care I have received from Michaela and the other doctors at the office. While the wait time can sometimes be a bit long due to the amount of time they spend with each patient, I have found that scheduling appointments first thing in the morning or shortly after lunch tends to help. Additionally, the level of care and attention to detail shown by the PAs and doctors more than makes up for the wait.
